Gold Content Marketing & Branded Entertainment Award
Just found out a project I worked on with The Precinct won GOLD at the Content Marketing & Branded Entertainment Awards. “Best Use of Music” may not sound totes amaze balls, but when you consider it was for a project that was built around getting a famous rapper, Urthboy, to work with disadvantaged kids to co-write a song about the hardships in their lives – and then – work with them to produce not only the song, but also the video, well, that does sound sorta neat. I like that we beat out R/GA, The Monkeys and Vice Magazine’s content arms to win this prize. Not that awards matter, really. Check out the clip.
